At Elite Kitchen & Bath, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Information
- We work with trusted freight carriers and delivery partners to ensure your products arrive safely.
- Shipping and delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination, and carrier schedules.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Deliveries generally do not occur on weekends or statutory holidays.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote, rural, or limited-access locations.
2. Product Availability
Many of our products are special-order items. If you require a product by a specific date, please contact our showroom before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated lead times.
3. Local Delivery (Greater Toronto Area)
We offer local delivery throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Delivery fees are determined based on the order size, destination, and delivery requirements.
- Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date whenever possible.
- Someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.
Local delivery is curbside or garage delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery does not include unpacking, installation, moving products inside the property, stair carries, or removal of packaging materials.
4. Shipping Outside the GTA
Orders shipped outside the Greater Toronto Area are subject to shipping charges based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and freight requirements.
After your order is placed:
- We will calculate the shipping cost and provide a shipping quotation.
- Shipping charges must be approved and paid before the order is dispatched.
- If the shipping quotation is declined or payment is not received, the order may be cancelled and any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
Products requiring freight or special handling include, but are not limited to:
- Bathtubs
- Freestanding Tubs
- Bathroom Vanities
- Toilets (one-piece, two-piece, and wall-hung)
- Shower Bases
- Shower Doors
- Ceramic, Stone, or Solid Surface Sinks
- Large Mirrors
- Bathroom Furniture and Cabinetry

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on several factors, including:
- Delivery destination
- Product dimensions and weight
- Freight classification
- Carrier rates
- Residential or commercial delivery
- Special handling requirements
Shipping charges are separate from the product price unless otherwise stated.
6. Delivery Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
- Take photographs of the packaging and product.
- Notify Elite Kitchen & Bath within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims for concealed damage reported after this period may be denied by the freight carrier or manufacturer.
7. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, Elite Kitchen & Bath is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Manufacturer production delays
- Freight carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Supply chain disruptions
- Labour disputes
- Natural disasters
- Other unforeseen events
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
8. Installation and Product Responsibility
Elite Kitchen & Bath supplies plumbing fixtures, lighting, and related products.
We are not responsible for:
- Installation or labour costs
- Plumbing, electrical, or construction expenses
- Project delays
- Damage resulting from improper installation, handling, storage, or misuse
- Labour charges associated with warranty claims or product replacement
Customers should inspect all products before arranging installation. Installed products are considered accepted.
9. Manufacturer Warranty
All products are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.
Elite Kitchen & Bath does not provide any additional warranty unless expressly stated in writing. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, and approval process.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Kitchen & Bath's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including project delays, labour costs, installation expenses, loss of profits, or other related costs arising from shipping delays, product defects, or installation.
